Flo is a rare character with excellent combat stats : he's fairly resilient and his damage is high, as is his movement speed. He can wipe out opponents very quickly, but you'll have to get in close because his range is mediocre (without evolution).

Flo's projectiles gain 50% speed and considerably increase their range.
